* Bootjack.com offers free shipping on all orders over $75 Dollars to any state within the United States with the exception of Alaska, and Hawaii.
Bootjack.com only ships orders Monday through Friday before 4pm Central Time(CST). Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday depending on product handling time. Orders placed between 3pm-4pm Central Time(CST) and after using Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select will be processed the next business day. Next Day Air and 2nd day air orders will not be processed outside of business days. If a 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship our the following business day with that service.
All orders made in Texas usually arrive in 1 to 3 businesss days, however this is not guaranteed. To check if your Texas order will arrive in 1-3 business day please Contact Us.

Can I Return My Purchase?
Bootjack.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at Bootjack.com.
How To Ship Your Return or Exchange
Bootjack.com strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by UPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with lost return shipments unless a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment.
Exchanges can/will NOT be made using the Quadpay payment method. If we happen to not have a(n) item(s) in stock for your order, you will be refunded for your item(s) specifically. Each customer must place a separate order if they want an alternative/similar item that wasn’t in their current order while using Quadpay.
- You MUST INCLUDE the Merchandise Return Form with your return. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.
- To print out your Return Label via UPS. A $6.99 return charge will be deducted from your refund once your return is accepted.
- Do NOT put a label on merchandise or manufacturer packaging! Please properly package your return in a poly mailer, box, or something relevant to prevent damaged merchandise during the shipping process.

If you are exchanging an item and a credit is required, your card will be credited for that purchase. A new order will then be placed for your new item. You will see a new authorization for this new order.
If you are to receive credit on your credit card, allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If your returned item was purchased with a Gift Card, we will issue another Gift Card for the amount of the credit due on completion of the return. If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
Returning to a store
If there is a Boot Jack retail store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise. You can print a copy of your order by viewing the order status page on your account. To locate a store near you use our store locator. If you purchased your item using Quadpay you must return the item via mail.
